Customizing Your Invoice Layout and Numbering

Go to Settings → Invoice Settings to control how your invoices look and how they're numbered.

Invoice Schemes let you set a prefix and starting number for your invoices (for example, INV-1001, INV-1002...), so your numbering matches whatever convention you already use.

Invoice Layouts let you control what appears on the printed invoice — your logo, business details, GST breakdown, and footer notes — so every invoice a customer receives looks professional and consistent.
