Not every customer pays in full upfront — MyRepairShop supports partial payments on both POS sales and repair invoices. Enter whatever amount the customer is paying now; the remaining balance is tracked as a due amount against their contact record.
You can collect the rest later from the same invoice, and your Home dashboard's Invoice due figure keeps you aware of how much is outstanding across all customers.
