It's good practice to photograph a device's condition before you start work — it protects both you and the customer if there's ever a dispute about pre-existing damage.
From a job sheet, use Save and upload docs to attach files — up to 5MB each, in PDF, CSV, ZIP, DOC, DOCX, JPEG, JPG, or PNG format. Attach as many as you need: before-photos, the customer's ID, a signed consent form, or anything else relevant to that repair.
