Once a repair is complete, you can turn its job sheet directly into an invoice — no need to re-enter the parts or labour charges. Open the job sheet and use the convert-to-invoice action; everything you've already recorded (parts used, estimated cost, customer details) carries over.
From there you can add any final adjustments, apply GST, and generate a printable, GST-ready invoice — or view it under Repair → List Invoices at any time.
